"The air conditioner worked well. We didn't have time for the pool nor did we see a pool. The front desk clerk was very pleasant and helpful. The only issue we had was with the television remote not working due to not being programmed correctly. It was ok, we managed to watch from our telephones but really wanted to watch the Olympics without having to get up and turn the television volume up or down. We will stay there again.
