"Staff and cleanliness was amazing. But the room was old and their wooden flooring squeaked a lot and walls are thin. TV never really worked but it was a quaint hotel and really friendly and super helpful staff."

"EVERYTHING WAS EXCEPTIONAL!! I asked if I could be on a high floor, and they ensured that my request was granted! They even went above and beyond and upgraded our room to a Riverview! And the view was phenomenal! Every single staff member was friendly, there was not a time we left or entered the hotel when there was not someone to open the door for us and even press the elevator button! We were even helped with our baggage upon arrival and exit! It is highly likely that this will be my number one choice when I travel to New Orleans!"

"Room was big and AC worked well. Furniture is old and the couch was not clean. Location is very good, 20 min walk to canal so quiet when you want to rest. Pool is small amd they have a bar near so can relax but its usually very busy. Price is reasonable but it could def use an update."
