Ein hervorragendes und zuvorkommendes Personal, ein wunderschönes und großes Zimmer, man kommt an und fühlt sich sofort wohl. Das großartige und umfangreiches Frühstück in einem tollen Ambiente und der Tag kann nur schön beginnen. "Very poor standard of brakfast, hot items greasy to the hilt. Issues with toilet blockage 3 days in a row. No provision of potable drinking water which is essential at leat 1litre a day. We're 3. Entry cards often didn't work. Small balcony with rain developed puddle. The property needs major renovation and well trained staff in all customer facing situation, not talking at customers trying to resolve issues."
