"Staff went above and beyond. We requested for the use of the sauna as there was a large group of us and they were able to make this happen for us! Staff were friendly and very eager to help with all our queries. Hotel is a walking distance to train station and you can easily access the main attractions. The breakfast was delicious!"

"Do not let the nice lobby fool you—this is absolutely not a 4-star experience. Our 2-night stay was incredibly disappointing due to poor cleanliness and lack of maintenance. The Issues: The Odor: The room smelled heavily of stale cigarettes. The front desk had no alternative rooms and offered only to spray perfume. Poor Cleanliness: The sink was full of uncleaned gunk. Lack of Maintenance: A baseboard was completely detached from the wall, and the shower floor was rusted and peeling. We had to leave by 8:00 AM for pre-paid activities, making it impossible to sit down with a manager as instructed. The hotel offered a €120 refund, which didn't even cover half of one night. We cut our losses and left, but we will never recommend this hotel"
