"Stayed here overnight as we were travelling back home. Good 4 star hotel with lovely helpful staff and very nice evening meal. hotel was clean, quiet and the room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice."

"We’ve come here every year, it’s family friendly, has good connections to public transport and is in a green, lovely location. Disappointing service this time, the room did not get cleaned, apparently you have to book room cleaning?! Even with booking the room wasn’t cleaned, no clean towels or soap refill, sink blocked, dirty floors… for a Radison Blue and four stars very poor services. I complained daily, at the end I had enough. Not coming back here, it’s ruined our holiday having to moan...

"Wir waren zum vierten Mal im Bülow Palais in Dresden. Leider war es sehr warm im Zimmer, da die Klimaanlage ausgefallen war und die Heizung lief. Die Mitarbeiter im Service waren sehr unerfahren, aber sehr freundlich. Außerdem ist der Geräuschpegel von außen sehr laut."

I had a single bed room but it was roomy with a mini kitchen so you can heat up and cook for yourselves as needed, which saves a lot of money or gives you convenience if you are staying out late. Late check-ins will require you to go to their sister property across the square, this is also where breakfast...
