"The location is great as everything is within walking distance. The rooms are spacious and the bed was comfortable. Although our room was across the elevator, you barely hear noise. I'm fact, even the noise outside is muffled. We did have some minor issues. The doors were very squeaky. One of the panels on the refrigerator door was broken which caused items to fall. The entrance door wouldn't close completely unless forcefully closing it. It cause the door to beep repeatly if not closed properly. It took awhile to figure that out. We did get in contact with mgmt on this and they responded quickly. The entrance isn't prominent as it's between 2 businesses, Orange theory and Riverwalk. You will not spot Mint while driving by. You'll see Riverwalk and Orange theory before you'll see Mint. The Parking lot can get full in the evening as they also let outsiders in for $10 fee. I got lucky twice due to someone leaving as I arrived."

"This is our go-to hotel when in Greenville. It was previously called "My Place" hotel. It is always clean. The biggest change is they no longer have the full Kitchenette. Now that is crazy because you get less but the price has gone up. It is still very nice!"

"The staff was lovely and the rooms were great nice comfortable bed. We had a really nice view from the window on the fifth floor. The only thing was they were doing renovations which I wasn’t expecting. Other than that everything was great."
