The property had no one on site, jyst a tv monitor with a person simewhere offsute talking through the cimputer. I waited over 30 munutes fir sineone to wuth kugge the ine inky handicapped parking spot was on a hill, not level making in and out if car very difficukt. Tge inly oersin on site was a make wandering the parking lot askung for money.
The property seemed to be in good shape and may have recently undergone a refurbishment. Everything was clean and the bedding was comfortable. I had limited interactions with the staff, but they were friendly and helpful. The breakfast area was a fairly tight space for the number of rooms. Breakfast selections I saw were coffee, soda, hot waffles, muffins, croissants (with jam and possibly butter), and cereals with milk. I had a good stay and slept well.
This motel was on a quiet street right off the interstate. The property was well kept and the room was clean with a comfortable bed. No bells and whistles but a comfortable, safe place to stay.
The pillows were amazing! I really, really want these for my home!
The bed was so very comfortable, and the room was clean. It was quiet, I slept well. The shower was nice and clean, too. We utilized the iron and the hair-dryer, and the in-room coffee maker, too, thank you! (I always bring my own ground coffee, just need to remember to bring a coffee filter.) Owners/managers were on sight and available. I had arrived close to midnight, and the lobby had a kiosk where you interact with a live person who is on-screen, fyi. The check-in process was smooth. They collect a $50 deposit for possible incidentals at check-in, btw - that is refunded, they informed me. Decent, affordable motel to stay in Lynchburg.
Above us, there was stomping constantly. We notified the front desk & they sent housekeeping to the room above us, but no one came to the door. It happened both nights, and I got no sleep because of it!
My daughter and I stayed here for family weekend at Liberty University. I was late in getting a reservation and there were not too many hotels left. We were not sure how Brentwood Inn and Suites were going to be but I was pleasantly surprised. Although there was not a pool or fitness center - I could not have asked for a cleaner hotel room. It was spotless and it was great to see the staff thoughtfully cleaning all the rooms and washing the windows etc. It was close to everything and conveniently located. I would highly recommend the hotel if you are looking for a clean place to stay and a great staff.
Clean, no frills lodging. Courteous staff. Visited to see soccer games at Lynchburg U. Close to university and downtown. Reasonably priced lodging even during peak periods.
My Mother and I stay here when she has medical appointments that are extremely early for us.
We were very pleased with our room again.
It’s very clean and comfortable.
The wood-like floor is so much cleaner than an old carpeted floor!!
Everything is always in working condition.
We also feel very safe. With the scenic and convenient location, they also do a great job maintaining the exterior.
We find it very convenient, comfortable and clean.
We’ll be back.
I left some clothes on the hanger and they called me to let me know soon after I checked out. I was so thankful for the quick call, before I left town
Room was clean and comfortable
This hotel was neither great nor terrible. It was an average, very basic hotel. Easy to find right off the highway, well lit parking area during the evening. I didn't review the staff because I didn't encounter any staff except through a zoom - type meeting upon check in. The shower was better than expected. Good water pressure, with plenty of hot water. Oddly enough, there was no place to place soap in the shower, except the edges of the tub. If breakfast is important to you, skip this place. Coffee, a waffle maker, three types of cereal, 2 (only 2 in total) mini muffins, bread, and apples. Yes, there are 2 refrigerators, but both had stickers that said employees only. We still never saw an employee. There was no one to ask, but if you decide to stay here, apparently use the fridge that has the "employees only" on the freezer door. Thankfully there was another guest with a small child having breakfast as I searched for milk for the cereal who told us where to find it. Although we never heard anyone adjacent to us (no idea if the rooms were occupied), the guests staying upstairs from us could be heard walking around, so the walls are thin. For what we paid for the room, we didn't expect much and it suited our needs. It was clean, inexpensive, well lit in the evenings, no random people loitering in the parking lot. The bed was decent. However, I am very curious about "Inn & Suites" in the name. This is a motel. Plain and simple.
There were a lot of people in town for the back to school, I don’t usually stay at this hotel, but I was really happy with it, everything was clean well maintained, and nice
Unexpected fees
The told me i was gonna get my 50$ deposit have received anything i did damage anything
The worst place ever everywhere smells
I don’t recommend this place not even to my worst enemy
Everything was basic for what you pay. Upon arrival, you check in at a kiosk and its hard to hear and understand, but they are nice and polite. Rooms are fine, two beds (sheets had alot of strings and not the most comfortable), a small fridge, microwave (ours did not work- but luckily we didn't need it), a desk with lamp, note pad and pen, BUT the roll chair for the desk was nasty and molded. ( When mentioned to housekeeping- it was half cleaned 🤔, so may want to check ) 2 of each wash clothes, hand towels, and bath towels. Bathroom fine. After roll chair was "cleaned ", we denied housekeeping rest of stay, and we did not go to the complimentary breakfast. Staff was nice enough I guess, What little we saw of them, always they same 3 people only. Not complaining, just stating what my stay was like.
If you're looking for an inexpensive place to stay this is the spot to go to. It has everything you need and it's close to a lot of places that you'd want to go to. The stay was great. I highly recommend this spot.
