The staff was on the phone and inattentive while checking us in. Zero hospitality. The room was so basic. You could see the metal bedframe. The room smelled like cigarette smoke. We called and asked for a new room and they were matter of fact and said we don’t have another room. And offered for us ...

Quality Inn Lynchburg near University
I’m a senior citizen, I was not offered a room on the first floor, instead I had to limp up 2 flight of stairs, walk past several rooms, before I got to my room. I was not pleased at all!
