"Clean comfortable room. The lighting was tricky(I’m not familiar with inserting your key card into a slot in order to activate electricity). An explanation would have been helpful. The front desk staff was not particularly helpful with transportation issues. In addition staff throughout the hotel - front desk, restaurant, bar - were very superior in attitude, appeared bothered by questions, not particularly friendly. "This unfortunately was probably our stay in Ireland! This did not reflect any photos as per expedia site… Fraudulent photos. No staff, poor kept amenities. Musty moldy smell throughout building. When we contact the manager he said that the building was under construction? and offered us breakfast vouchers, however there was no sign of any construction activity. We had no other option at the time."
