It was a means to an end really as there is limited accommodation options in Picton. The distance from town was too far to walk and taxi options are very limited. "The hotel room was clean, comfy bed and great shower pressure. The hotel is part of a bigger complex which includes bistro, pokies ect which is great. Staff told me patrons dwindle around 9 when bistro closes so noise dies down then. Had no problems with thay voulsnt hear them or the kids playing on the play ground either. "Traveling with a service dog, I was denied entry by the receptionist. Would not accept that my dog was entitled to access even though I produced the service dog identification.I explained the motel was liable for a for a $10,000 fine, and had to threaten to call the police. "To be very honest. Stay there’re a bit, purely because it easy when your travelling and will continue too. However! The place is really in need of a good tidy up and an update. Self Check-in is more of a hassle for the staff than the normal check in. It was ( and for the 4 couples behind us) a cluster F.
