We had trouble with the TV but a quick conversation with the front desk was able to fix it. Room was very clean, kudos to staff. Rooms need some cosmetic updating. For the price, it was as expected.

The view was amazing!!! It was with in walking distance to the ferry to get to the island. However, the beds were extremely uncomfortable. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls. Holes from things previously hung on the walls. No microwave.

Room was very clean staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms view was great of Lake Michigan...the only thing I didn't like was my reservation had to be updated cause they assigned us the wrong room ,but staff corrected it in a timely manner.

Needs an update. No one took our old towels or replaced our towels. We went and found housekeepers to get towels. Nothing on the phone said front desk or housekeeping. Doors to the outside don’t lock. It served the purpose! We slept and we were clean!

Well-cleaned room and kind staff. Scenic view and convenient location right next to the ferry terminal. Waterfront view was gorgeous! I was a little concerned about the mildew smell in the room and they didn’t seem to clean the outside patio area, which was full of cobwebs and spiders. But the room itself was fine.

Eh. Thats all I can really say. To me, Mackinaw City is like the “seedy” side of Las Vegas. A strip of crummy hotels and stupid tourist attractions. The pool at this place looked like an in-ground pool, in the middle of a parking lot, covered by a Temu-style greenhouse. If you’re a history buff, going to “the island” or like to hike, it’s an amazing area. As a specific tourist destination - NOPE.

The room was clean, the outside of the building was old and run down. The bathroom was very old and small. The shower was very hard to use, handle was constantly stuck. Pool area was covered in bugs. At check in we were assigned a room that was not ready, had to wait for a new clean room. Location was good, right next to the ferry.

I was able to get a room last minute due to the leaving the previous hotel due to circumrotations. The clerk heard me talking about my situation to my friend and upgraded our room for free without us knowing! I thought that was so sweet of her turn an ugly situation into something nice! It was right next to the boat launch to take us to the Island.
