Room was very clean staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms view was great of Lake Michigan...the only thing I didn't like was my reservation had to be updated cause they assigned us the wrong room ,but staff corrected it in a timely manner.

Not fancy but good enough. The location was perfect!! Arnold’s Ferry is RIGHT next door, took us less than 5 minutes to walk from our room to the gate.

Room was a bit disheveled, sheets were thin, and half the electronics in the room were unplugged or didn’t work, but the air conditioner worked, the shower was hot, and the hot chocolate was free, very middle of the road.

I was able to get a room last minute due to the leaving the previous hotel due to circumrotations. The clerk heard me talking about my situation to my friend and upgraded our room for free without us knowing! I thought that was so sweet of her turn an ugly situation into something nice! It was right next to the boat launch to take us to the Island.

Rooms were clean, I will say the cleanest hotel room I have stayed in, in a long time. Staff was super friendly which makes everything easier and better. No breakfast was the only down side, they do provide coffee and muffins in the morning.

Room was well cleaned by Ann. Room was spacious and had a balcony overlooking the lake. Very basic amenities. Alot of the outlets were old and when we tried to plug in our phone chargers they would fall out. TV did not work..no cable or satellite connection. Stairwell carpet coming up and causing trip hazards. The price was a plus..inexpensive for a last minute trip.

Staff was very nice, as I booked for 5 people and when I told front desk that I have dog also which is $25 they upgraded us to bigger room and it was very helpful also after living there 2 days our heater didn’t work so help came immediately but it didn’t work then they asked for another option. The ability to watch tv was horrible no internet had trouble getting the network wifi to turn the cable on unsuccessful. The bed was way too high to get on and was too firm. Other than that the room was very nice and clean

I liked the location. However, in the describtion they should had said it was adjacent to a ferry service. Second, they were a lake side hotel but they did not give the lake side rooms. Third they advertised as Breakfast included. They had a pot of coffee and a basket of prepackaged muffins and coupon for a local restraurant two for one breakfast costing 20 one was called Toast and Go. However on the buffet it did not have toast requesting toast was 14 dollars. Upon arrival they gave a sheet saying breakfast was 7:30-9, no service to rooms each day only when checking out or upon request. The side of the hotel did not have chairs for people who were on the otherside of the hotel. The grass was cut. The pool was nice. It could have been a better stay if they had made a little effort. I was disappointed not being on the lake side since I reserved the rooms over a month early. So the discription of the hotel was accurate for some did have a lake view but not all and we were not offer a choice of our rooms. The original offer of 2 double beds was fulfilled but I am certain there were lakeside rooms with double beds with a view of the lake. I have used Expedia for years this is the first time I was not fully satisfied.
