10/10 Excellent
"The breakfast is always great and included with room prices. Most of the staff are friendly with the exception of a few who could use some customer service training and communication training. The bar is great with wonderful staff!"

8/10 Good
"The main desk staff is super amazing and friendly! Didn’t use any amenities nor the breakfast. Rooms were clean and beds very comfortable. I would stay again. The only drawback is parking."
Holiday Inn Bloomington - Normal by IHG
8/10 Good
"The bathroom was very small. The lack of a vanity made it difficult to get ready in the evening and morning. One had to go back and forth to get what was needed so it won’t fall into the sink or floor. Otherwise the room was fine and comfortable. The other complaint was the food on the breakfast buffet was not warm. The scrambled eggs and the meats were not hot or even warm. Is that safe? The coffee was barely room temperature. On the positive side, the choices were good. The fruit bowl was chilled and had a nice variety. The host who checked us in and out was very professional, helpful and friendly."
