Breakfast was good the first day but was less and less each progressive day. Waffle machine removed. Food gone before the end of breakfast. Staff was pleasant. "

"My main complaint is both with hotels.com and this facility. When I initially set up a whole hotel reservation for a two night stay starting that night but the hotel.com app defaulted to a week from the current day. I recognized that error immediately an attempted to a defaulted to that day. The app said it couldn't help, so I had to create a new reservation. This is a simple error and should have been dealt with as such at no cost to the end user. But neither hotel.com nor the facility would offer a credit for a simple error. Total nonsense I will never use hotel.com nor stay at this facility again."
