Dear Ms. Jada,Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience you have experienced with your 3rd party reservation, due to graduation weekend all other room types were totally booked and so we had provided you to the room type that they had booked for you. I hope they can at least work with you on the price difference you mentioned during our conversation.
