"Great location, near enough to walk or bike to area restauraunts and beaches. We biked to Perkins cove and then walked the Marginal way, biking the remainder distance back to the Hotel. The property also had a boat launch which made it super convenient for our kayak use. Our room was clean, spacious, and the kitchenette helped us save money with a couple nights eating in. The pool is huge, clean and refreshing after being out for the day. I'd stay here again and recommend to friends and family. Thank you J"

"Very good location. Friendly and helpful staff. The room was clear. The room isnt very soundproof, e.g. we heard our neighbors packing their stuff at 6am loud and clear."

"Staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Our room was spacious and the little ‘extras’ were a treat…a glass of champagne when we arrived, chocolate chip cookies at 4 pm and a delicious breakfast the next morning. Would love to stay here again if ever we are back in exeter"
