"We booked the Hyatt-Regency based on its location and reputation. The lobby, staff were magnificent. The room was clean, but basic. You would see a similar room for less money elsewhere. Two disposable cups for a little Keurig coffee maker, with coffee pods to make 4 cups of coffee (2 decaf and 2 regular), but just enoughsugar and creamer to make 2 cups.
Buffet breakfast was included during our stay. Instead of walking in to the restaurant, we were directed to the front desk to have them give the okay for our included breakfast. Breakfast itself was okay, but we had to wait for a server to bring us utensils. By then, the breakfast was cold. I can only recommend to make this breakfast process less confusing, like show your room key to get access to breakfast.
All in all, we went from Wow the moment we walked in, to Meh the moment we walked out.
