"My room had a moisture issue with the hvac system, but I was too tight on time to deal with moving rooms. I’m sure the staff would have. They seemed helpful. Do not pay for parking through Expedia. Total ripoff. There are 2 garages adjacent to the property. One was 12.50. You can valet through the hotel for like $25 I think, and they were present every time I went in and out."

"The room was nice and clean. The building showed signs of its age, but appeared to be maintained. The ice machine on the 14th floor did not work, and it appeared to have not worked for quite some time. The ice machine on the 15th floor worked, but showed its age."

"The hotel was clean and comfortable. Bed was a bit firm but I ended up sleeping so good so I guess it wasn’t too bad! Only complaints is the pool is tiny and the hotel smells a bit dated. It could use some new carpet throughout to help with the smell and brighten it up some. It was worth the price and we had a good stay!"

"Don't get me wrong, giving 5 stars does NOT mean this is a 5 star hotel. It is probably a 3 star hotel, that warrants a 5 star rating in it's class. The room was clean, the beds & pillows comfy, the breakfast adequate. It's a great price, with 100 times better than you'd expect for the price."
