"When I tried to check in to the hotel, the clerk told me that Expedia would not release the card funds to the hotel, and we would have to call a help line to figure it out. Meanwhile a housekeeper is yelling on his cell phone to someone in the background and made it difficult to hear/understand the clerk. Instead of fixing my issue the clerk kept prioritizing other customers instead of me, even though I arrived first. The Expedia help phone numbers proved to be useless, and I opted to abandon...

"The hotel on the outside look very nice and kept up, however, inside the rooms were defiantly dated, the beds were due for a new mattress; and to be secured to the wall since our bed legit came off the ground, there were cracks in the sink / the grout, and the walls. The breakfast was horrible. The reason I stay at Hampton hotels is for their breakfast. I defiantly know it is not ‘fine dining’ but I’ve never had a problem. However, their breakfast was blah at best. So much was always out and...

"My family had a great time. The small Waterpark type pool was a huge hit with my 3 boys. Breakfast was great. Id say the only neg we had was our bathroom door wouldn't latch. The person in the room that was adjoining ours had his alarm going off every few mins from like 4am until almost 430 when I finally knocked out the joining doors to wake him up. That was not the hotel management's fault though of course....just a heavy sleeper who wasnt waking up to his alarm, sadly woke up our entire...
