"Before arriving, I had read a Google review mentioning a billing issue and difficulty getting the money back. Unfortunately, I experienced something very similar.
When I checked in, there was a payment error that required another staff member to assist. I was told everything had been corrected, and the $200 security deposit for our two rooms was processed as usual.
