Très bien situé, bien équipé et très propre. La chambre ne ferme pas, ce n’est pas très pratique, mais surtout la chambre avec salle de bain est borgne. Il me semble important de le préciser dans l’annonce. Enfin nous avons eu des voisins très bruyant, malgré cela nous avons passé un bon séjour.

I don't usually stay in hostels but this one was very impressive. The check in was at 4pm but we communicated with the staff that we would be arriving earlier and asked if we could check in earlier and were able to get into the room at 13:30, the room was spacious enough with a balcony, small tv and nice bed. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook meals or just to re-heat them, a fridge is aswell for any needs. One of the days Iforgot the key and I was able to get in within a few hours with the help of the workers and other people staying at the property.

La chambre ne ferme pas de l'interieur alors qu'il s'agit d'un appartement partagé avec des inconnus. Nous avons dû la nuit mettre nos valises devant la porte pour se sentir en sécurité. La personne qui nous a reçu ne parlait pas un mot d'espagnol et très mal anglais. L'appartement est propre, grand et très bien situé, bien équipé.

Regular size room with elevator! Shared bathroom which it was totally my bad when booking this place because apparently I didn’t realize or read that section. However the only downside while checking in was the hostess I asked her if the ac was working since at first I was trying to figure it out and I asked her through WhatsApp and after telling me that it could be controles by the remote control! I asked her if she was able to provide a fan and she left me talking by myself. Didn’t hear from her anymore in the two days I stayed at two place. ( I was able later on to figure out how it worked) However if you don’t mind sharing the bathroom This is an ok place to stay for a couple of nights.

Good stay and great location!

Overall my stay was pretty good. There were a few things I was not all too pleased with, but to be fair, it had more to do with the building than the room itself. Other things were beyond anyone's control. The host was very communicative and informative; the young lady that met me to give me the key was also very pleasant and informative. The Wi-Fi and location were great! The room was clean and the people I communicated with were also great. Thank you!

Mixed Experience: Great Location, Poor Soundproofing The Highlights: • Location: Excellent. It is a convenient 20-minute walk to the city center. • Value: Great price for the area. • Maintenance: We had no hot water on the first night, but the staff responded quickly and fixed the issue immediately. The Downside: The biggest issue is the extremely thin walls. The soundproofing is virtually non-existent; even normal conversation seems to disturb neighbors. During our stay, other guests banged on the walls in the middle of the night on two separate occasions just because we were talking. Summary: While the location and price are hard to beat, the lack of privacy and noise insulation made for a stressful stay. If you are a light sleeper or travel in a group, be aware that you may have noise issues with neighbors.

The property was well kept and clean, the checking in process however could not have been more confusing, stressful, and unprofessional. We were asked to contact the host 20mins before arrival(we did) and we sent an additional reminder to be helpful and respect her time, yet it was clear she didn’t respect ours. Not only does the address not show up on maps(any version),but she left two women basically stranded on a corner on a random street in Madrid waiting for her to let us in. when she did arrive she made it very clear that we were nothing but an inconvenience to her. My friend and I were trying to make small talk, and we never even received a smile in return (it was not just a language barrier she was out right rude). In addition, air conditioning is advertised yet there was no air conditioning just a fan that barely did anything. Again I will say the place itself was clean, but the check in process is not female friendly and even our room was not what was advertised. My friend and I both came to Madrid after staying in a hostel in Lisbon, and we both said we preferred the hostel over this accommodation. We leave this review for other female travels to be safe not to be petty.

We booked accommodation for July 1–5 at “Habitaciones en Embajadores” in Madrid The photograph used to advertise the room is, in our view, highly misleading. It gives the clear impression that the room contains a large window. We reasonably relied on that impression when making our booking. Upon arrival, however, we discovered that what appeared to be a window was merely a decorative facade concealing a closet. In reality, the room HAD NO WINDOW whatsoever. This was particularly serious because the room also had no air conditioning, while temperatures in Madrid reached approximately 37°C during our stay. We were therefore forced to spend four extremely hot summer days in a small, completely windowless room with no effective means of cooling it besides a small fan. The conditions were intolerable and, in our view, fell far below any reasonable standard of acceptable tourist accommodation. We could hardly sleep through the nights. We also understand that applicable habitability requirements in Madrid may prohibit or place strict restrictions on the rental of windowless rooms for accommodation purposes. We intend to pursue this matter separately with the appropriate Madrid authorities. The situation was made even more troubling by a framed notice displayed in the room, a picture of which is included a not saying u could get air conditioning!

Everything very clean, comfortable bed, a very complete kitchen. Just the check-in was a bit difficult because my flight delayed and we arrived after 8pm. We have to wait the person to bring the keys. If checkin was self-made I'd give 5 stars. Extremely accessible to transportation, markets, etc. Totally recommended!!
