This hotel has standards way above the average hotels in the area. Large rooms and baths. Excellent facilities. Very clean and about 15min from the airport.

Pleasant stay

Lovely hotel. Nice walk to metro stations situated in the middle of 2 stations on line 1 which go to gran via. Hotel offers transport to centre on weekends which is useful. Room was very clean and comfortable.

It's OK, staff helpful, but no restaurant service of any sort when we arrived late as pane delayed. Nothing nearby, Dominos just about to shut so coudn't even order pizza :/ Madfrid no longer is a late city. Hotel getting a bit elderly. Breakfast good.

4 star amenities 2 star room The room was extremely hot had to leave window open to call down which backed on to main motorway Very dated and tired room broken toilet Room services lazy and never cleaned my room despite sign on door Food from lobby was frozen croceqets and was still frozen Spa have to book and was ok about the only good thing and breakfast I thought it was cheap because of location but I was wrong

No recommended

The condition of the hotel is poor specially in the room I stayed. Poorly clean, no comfort at all. Food is bad apart from the sandwich’s. Installations are not as big as they look in the picture. Staff are good very kind.

We stayed here for two nights. The room where we stayed was facing a main dual carriage and the windows didn’t shut properly so the room was noisy. The room was quite run down and the mattress was old and really uncomfortable. I found blood in one of the sheets so it really put me off. I don’t think I will go there again.

Smallest room I have ever slept in a hotel, Smallest bed I have ever slept on, terribly hot inside the room, suggestion was to keep the windows open (couldn’t keep open for long time due to terrible noise, weird pillows, smallest shower. I need my money back and you must drop this hostel (yes, that’s right, I call it a hostel). Pros is it looks nice from the outside and inside except once you entered into the room.

The hotel is based in the suburbs, so the hotel is quiet and not in the busy Gran vie or Sol. The transportation system is quite easy the bus 29, 5 stops from the Metro and line 1 takes you into town. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful with a smile. Emilio, one of the many hotel receptionists was fantastic, ( transport details provided by Emilio). The hotel room was basic, could do with modernisation, as in the room were in could do with another comfy chair and side small table, but overall good enough for a weekend break. The benefits of the hotel is it has a spa, which is free, which we had all to ourselves, perfect. If you are looking for a quiet stay and don’t mind travelling on public transport Hotel Nuevo Madrid is a good location and the staff will not disappoint.

They take off A/C from 11:00pm to 6:00am… rooms are too hot a couldn’t sleep those 3 nights I spend there. Staff don’t help with any issue you could have there.
