"Started badly. Self check in, but no prior reminder to do this. Stuck on the street for 40 minutes. Phone not answered, eventually made contact by Whatsapp.
The property itself is basic, but clean and comfortable, good value. An excellent concept, but the customer service backup should improve.
Hotels.com was useless! Tried for ages to reach a live agent, to no avail."
