"Our stay exceeded our expectations. The room was clean, spacious, and in great working order. Parking was available near our room. Breakfast was on par with other hotels in this class. We’ve stayed here before and found the property and operations have both improved. We saw the 8.2 rating and were skeptical, but they delivered. Great value and fulfilled our needs well."

"When we got to the hotel, the teenage clerk said the tv was removed because it was broken, so we would just have to go without one. The room was gross. The bedsheets were not changed and we could see where poeple had been laying. There was bodily fluid stains and hairs on the sheets. Even the curtains had stains on them. The lights, power outlets, and light switches were broken and exposed. The counter top was covered in dust and the drywall was full of holes. This hotel looked like a place where a hooker goes to overdose. There was a large dog in the next room that began barking at us through the walls as soon as we got off the elevator too. We have fairly low standards and don't ask a whole lot, but there was no way we were going to stay there. We picked up our stuff and asked for our money back. The teenage clerk with no personality said she would submit it and it would take about a week for a refund. The parking lot was very dark and there were tweekers sitting around getting high just outside the entrance. I took pictures of all this..."

"The room was absolutely disgusting. If I could’ve found somewhere else I wouldn’t have stayed. Everywhere remotely close to where I needed to be was booked. The walls and ceiling had stuff splattered all over, I didn’t dare take my shoes off on the carpet, the drapes were torn and dirty, the fabric chair was filthy, the patio was filthy. The bathroom was filthy, the shower head was clogged and maybe had 3 things spraying, the tub had cleaner build up near the drain, the buttons to glue the toilet barely worked. the bathroom door was caked with dust and stuff, the walls were filthy. Thank god the AC worked, it was just extremely noisy. It woke me up multiple times throughout the night. The main door was filthy, none of the outside doors that used key cards locked. This could be the absolute cutest hotel with proper cleaning, repairs, and up grades. The staff was stiff. We asked for more towels and you would’ve thought it was the end of the world. It was crazy. "Wish I could leave more pic's ck in & out staff was just fine only 1 elevator for the whole hotel in our room 3rd floor 2 screens were missing on 2 different windows, one of the drawers for clothes was dented/cracked windows was janky a/c unit dirty and possible had mold mosquitoes got in and were all on a good portion of the shower/tub and ceiling at the sink and ceiling shower 100% slippery carpet boarder has stains at night you hear the frwy as if windows are open, this was overpriced should be a $60-70 room"
