"All around good hotel, nothing fancy and the price reflects that. You can tell they are trying to improve and that is especially evident if you know what it was like under the previous owners. My room was clean and the place was quiet. Perfectly fine for the 2 nights I needed!"

"Our stay was great! The hotel was walking distance from almost any store or restaurant you could think of! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Preslee(?) was very accommodating when we were checking in - we asked to all be on the same floor even though we were checking in at different times. Lea(?), the bartender was very friendly and took very good care of us. Absolutely loved being able to get coffee 24/7, and was great that we were able to have food, not just snacks, during the happy hour. Fresh popcorn was a big hit for me."

"This was our first time staying in a Microtel. We basically just needed a place to sleep for a visit to our daughter at UIUC. Despite the distance from campus, we would have no hesitation staying here again. No frills, but clean, quick service, and plenty of lighting and plugs for a quiet recharge after driving. We didn't even need to use the mini fridge or TV or shelf-bed(?) but it was nice to have available. And the price was great!"
