"The cabin we stayed it was unique, but lots of walking from your car on a slanted walkway. Shared den and the room smelled heavily of smoke from the inner fireplace. Small room and tiny old bathroom. Not what we were expecting from the pictures. "I usually don't write reviews, but I'm doing this one to highlight really excellent service. Staff behind the counter, as well as at the breakfast bar was *exceptional*. The breakfast bar was*spotless*, and the gentleman there worked non-stop to help the guests. The staff throughout this facility was kind and super courteous. Nice to see these days!!!"

"I've stayed here several times, but haven't been here in about a year. I was disappointed in the cleanliness as well as some things in need of repair. Breakfast was okay. There was an issue with someone leaving their dog unattended for a number of hours. The poor dog was scratching at the door of the room, making a lot of noise. I tried to reach the front desk, but no one answered the phone. I don't mind pet friendly hotels. I have a dog. It was frustrating that no one could be reached."

We were put on the 1st floor and our room floor had water coming up from the seems everywhere. I told the front desk and the man there came to see and gave me extra towels to put on the floor. "We had a last-minute overnight stay in this area and were pleasantly surprised. The was clean and spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the location was fantastic. There was even a hot pot restaurant attached, which was a huge plus and we received a discount with our stay. The property also had a washer and dryer, which was super convenience and Walmart was on the opposite side of the road. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they even accommodated our request for a late check-out. The...

"One caveat was the breakfast, the coffee cups where spoiled or old the hot coffee spilled out from the bottom of the cups. Breakfast should be fully stocked and well prepared meals that is not rushed cooking."

"This was the worst Inn I have ever been in! Waste of money. So dirty with stains on the sheets and towels. There were hairs on the bed from previous customers, the dryer was not working. They literally have one person in office and they are so rude and not helpful at all. Me and my partner go to so many places and this was the worst experience we had and such a shame. Please avoid going here I never leave reviews but this was so bad that I thought to leave this for people who want to go here."
