"The hotel is relatively new and the rooms are clean and pleasant for a few days stay. The location in route 9 is convenient for Worcester and other locations in central Massachusetts.
There was a notice in the bathroom saying housekeeping would be done every other day but we did not get any housekeeping while we were there. We came back to unmade bed and dirty towels.
The blackout drapes also do not close properly or cover the edges of the windows effectively so the room is very bright at...

"The staff at front desk were rude! I have been trying to get in touch with a supervisor from this property for over a week now! I paid the full bill for the stay in Expedia and Fairfield Auburn charged me AGAIN for the room and is now refusing to refund my money. On top of all of that, Expedia is refusing to assist. "We chose this hotel because it was newly renovated and had good reviews online. It was a little further away than where we wanted to be but we took a chance and were very glad we did. The room was very large and nicely renovated. The bathroom sink had a nice long counter and a cool mirror with great lighting and a built-in nightlight. Many hotel bathrooms are NOT set up this well.
