Während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts gab es Probleme mit Insekten im Schlafzimmer und im Badezimmer. Auch nach einer angekündigten „Double Cleaning“-Reinigung blieb ein totes Insekt sichtbar an der Decke, was den Eindruck erweckte, dass die Reinigung nicht gründlich durchgeführt wurde.
Zusätzlich kam es zu einem Wasseraustritt im Schlafzimmer, wodurch der Fliesenboden nass und rutschig war. Dies stellte...

"The staff were excellent. The room was spotless. We had a heavy downpour on or first night which caused a slight issue with our room.
The following morning I reported this to reception and she told me she would send up a maintenance man to have a look. Within 15 mins the man arrived and said we will change your room. He left and five mins later reception rang to say they were changing our room.I have to give the staff at reception 10/10 for such a prompt response.

"The room was very clean and as described - the kitchen included all the things you need for a shortish stay, we were able to cook dinner when we wanted to.
Site lovely and quiet - out of town but with easy access to a bus route or the beachfront walkway.
The beds are very hard - it's put me off ever having a memory foam mattress!
Although there are safe's in the room, you have to pay rental for a key to use them (it's the same rule for the air conditioning remotes) which seems a bit much when...

"Hébergement très spacieux, je déplore juste avoiyeu un logement pour PMR du coup tout était particulièrement bas dans la cuisine.
Sinon la résidence est superbe dans le style canarien,bien entretenue, le personnel est agréable et le parking un vrai plus "
