"To be fair, this once elegant property is in a great location and the breakfast buffet & morning restaurant staff were excellent. Also, we were there in the middle of a severe heat wave, so staff and systems were strained to the max. Housekeeping staff were VERY NICE, but Front Desk - not so much.
Our room's A/C fan was on maximum and it simply wasn't able to keep up. By Day2 of our stay, water began dripping from the ceiling steadily - we had to physically move our bed away from it. Since the...

"J'avais réservé pour 3 chambre triples pour être plus confortable; il nous a été attribué seulement 1 chambre triple et 2 chambres doubles (heureusement que nous avons pu nous arranger finalement entre les couchages pour faire rentrer tout le monde...).
Une des chambre double était un couloir; avec une douche sans rien pour arrêter l'eau donc inondation...
La clim s'est coupée en pleine nuit donc les personnes dans la chambre ont eu froid toute la nuit."
