Friendly staff, music around the pool, effort to put it into entertainment for the kids. They eveb had my room available at 11am when check in is at 3pm. The only quibble is there are steps everywhere so not friendly with pushchairs even if tou request ground floor.

Door frame of the front door to our room was in need of repair/replacement - but was secure none the less. The hotel was always clean and tidy. The breakfast was perfect and had all the choices we could have wanted with 2 young kids. Great location, quiet enough to never be noisy but close enough to walk to all the local amenities of Palma Nova.

Nice apart/hotel complex
A lovely apart/hotel complex in Palma Nova. A little dated but kept very neat and tidy. Near to beach, restaurants and shops. And only 20 mins by taxi from airport. This was our second stay here and will definitely stay again.

Bonne adresse hors saison mais PAS d'ascenseur
Bon séjour dans ce gros complexe. Tarif raisonnable pour 4 avec (2 lits jumeaux servant de canapé dans la pièce à vivre pour les enfants) en demi pension. Comme beaucoup d'hôtels il est un peu vieillissant mais plutôt bien entretenu. Gros point positif la gentillesse du personnel. Que ce soit à l'accueil ou au restaurant ils sont souriants et à l'écoute. Gros point négatif.... contrairement à ce qui indiqué par hôtel.com il n'y a pas d'ascenseur....et compte tenu du grand nombre d'escaliers... c'est l'enfer... Notre fille ayant des béquilles et une jambe immobilisée....ce fut extrêmement compliqué... sachant que nous étions au 3eme et dernier étage... Évidemment pas d'autres chambres disponibles....en hors saison cela nous a un peu étonnés....mais bon.... Il y a de l'animation tous les soirs donc un peu de bruit jusqu'à environ 22h30 pour les jeunes enfants ce n'est peut-être pas idéal mais pour nous cela n'a pas posé problème. L'appartement était plutôt propre (il ne faut pas être regardant sur la poussière...ni allergique). L'hôtel est bien situé et les extérieurs et parties communes très bien entretenus

Bra läge, 3 min promenad till stranden. Affärer och restauranger direkt utanför dörren. Trevlig pool och poolbar. Ett STORT plus att det alltid fanns solstolar lediga vid poolen även om man kom ned vi 10-11.

The property was very expensive. We did like the hotel / apartment feature; however the rooms were not that great. We did like the proximity to town and dining. The breakfast was terrible. My wife and I agreed that if we were in our 20's and there was a large friend group going this hotel would have made sense since you could split the costs. As 40 somethings with teenage and younger kids it just had the wrong vibe for us.

Rent och snyggt. Något sliten anläggning (inkl vår lgh) men helt ok att vistas i. Vår lgh saknade utr. för att diska. Städning skötte personalen. God frukost. Busshållplats direkt utanför hotellet med linjer till Palma, flygplatsen m.fl ställen. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Nära till stränder, restauranger, barer, strandpromenader och butiker.

Might be my own failing to read descriptions, but this property was not at all accessible. Stairs to check in, stairs to ALL rooms. We also had to call housekeeping to clean our floors after we had checked in because they were dirty.

Great location close to the beach and restaurants. Bus stop is right across the street. Many activities to keep you busy each day. The pool is awesome! The rooms were a bit tight with our luggage. The beds were a tad hard but not bad. The biggest drawback were all the party groups that tended to be loud at times, especially on the weekend. The staff is extremely nice and accommodating!

Swift check in by very pleasant staff, we had room in block b overlooking pool ,room was very spacious and clean, good kitcken with everything you needed, bedroom great nice comfy bed, bathroom spacious with the best p powerful shower i have ever been in. We had a problem with our transfer bus home David on reception was amazing went above and beyond to help us, would defo stay here again

Great central location, excellent staff throughout the complex . Can’t comment on the food as stayed room only . Great for value for money stay lots of variety of entertainment during the evenings . Very helpful staff cleaning of the apartment on a daily basis
