"We had to swap rooms. No elevator as this is a 2 story property. We found numerous problems. The pool is closed. There was an arcing cord to a lamp ton the TV credenza. No one had access to a working lamp, so I left it in the hall for safety reasons. It was never replaced, but no biggie. Tried to plug in a laptop near the dining table, but it wouldn't accept the plug into the outlet. Closer examination found a broken 120 "hot" side of a plug had broken inside the outlet. No one could...

"This property is old and run down. The back entry door is broke and wont even close allowing anyone to enter into the hotel. I There wasnt anyone at the reception area. I rang the bell 10 min. Then i called 3x the ring speaker was loud but still no clerk. Finall sfter another 5 minutes a woman came from the otherside of yhe hotel. The ice machine was also broken. There are no elevators so if you are on the second floor you have to lug your luggae upstairs. The rugs in the room are dirty and need...

"Called for shuttle at airport. Front desk said they would at #7. 30 min later I called front desk back then they said shuttle was closed. I told her I called 30 min ago. Then she told me to go to #3 Then we check in and our tv does not work. I go to call the front desk and the phone is not connected to anything. No wires?! Took the phone to front desk. She said there was no one there to help with tv at 1015. We moved rooms. Couch was plastic. So gross. Next morning I came down to get coffee...

"Parking and Breakfast was good, However, I wasn't told that they only clean rooms every other day and if you want your room clean you have to request it. So to my surprise I came back to my room and it was still not cleaned. Also the TV stop connecting to the WIFI. I called for someone and was told someone would come then told to unplug everything to see if that worked. It did not work I informed the front desk and was told someone was coming no one never came to fix the TV. No a happy camper...
