"C’est propre au minimum, mais la peinture est partie sur certain murs, les plafonds ont des plaques jaunes, le tapis de la chambre était sale. Le lavabo et la douche bloque quand on part l’eau.
La nourriture est moyenne
Sur le site et en leur écrivant, on nous dit qu’il y a un shuttle de l’hôtel à l’aéroport, mais on doit le payer??
Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel!"

"Can't say it was a positive experience unfortunately.
Biggest problem was that there was no heating in the room: when I asked l was just told that "cold season arrived unexpectedly and heating is set to start from the end of October".
I found it pretty ridiculous, heating and conditioning should be always available, even because different people have different needs and experience temperature in different ways. Also, October 12 is Autumn in Italy, cold can be expected anytime.

"Self-contained with a seasonal outdoor pool, a restaurant we’d visit again and a separate fully-stocked bar on the lobby level. Clean rooms, helpful staff and free airport shuttle on the half-hour. At least in theory (only because MXP can be extremely disorganized and chaotic for outbound international travelers — do research before booking flights), a great choice for a pre-flight overnight stay. "The hotel has an oriental vibe, with beautiful amenities and decorations. Malena the front desk lady did a great job checking me in, very professional and Max in the early morning for the check out, they both made a friendly interaction, personal just to make me feel good. The room was very clean, the sheets and pillows amazing, the bathroom I could say newly remodeled. Very happy with my stay, I’ll stay there again no problem. Lots of places to eat around and like 1 min walk to the lake."

"Had a lovely stay here after a long drive. Great location if it’s just a lay over, or for a night before or after flying from Malpensa. I had an annex room which was huge! Huge bathroom too. Private parking space right at the patio door. Nice selection for breakfast. Will definitely use again if in the area."
