I loved staying at Manaus Novotel. The place is kept tidy. The food was great! It was a bit far from the city, but accessible with taxi and Uber. I also appreciate that there is laundry located at this location!

I needed a hotel for one night after visiting the jungle and before flying out - this was an excellent choice as it had everything- pool, laundry, bar and restaurant. But if you are visiting Manaus and want to see the sites it is very far out

Very convenient cheaper hotel if using it as a base for travelling into Amazon rainforest. Hotel very accommodating regarding storing luggage whilst away in the jungle.

Extraordinary

Julio, Luis and the entire restaurant crew made our stay comfortable and extraordinary. They were very professional and attentive to their task however small. They are good employees that need high commendations. Thank you all for making our stay a great one.

The hotel was ok, the rooms and hallways were very "institutional" but the common areas were quite nice. Ate in the restaurant twice and it took well over an hour to get our food both times so be prepared. Unfortunately, there is not much in the area, and it is not very walkable.

Nice lobby. The room is a little small. Pillows could have been fluffier and towels could have been softer. Lost electricity and was running off a generator. Had to bath in cold water. Lights went out in time. Thankfully we were already packed. Not close to things to do.

Perus hotelli. Vastaanotto ja palvelu oli ystävällistä.Aamupala oli ok. Kahvikoneen kanssa oli vähän ongelmia, mutta tavallista kahvia oli tarjolla. Munakas station aukesi omassa aikataulussa. Sängyssä oli outo muovitettu petauspatja mikä aiheutti sen että lakanat ei oikein pysynyt paikallaan. Ilmastointi toimi hyvin. Altaalla tarjolla vai kaksi aurinkotuoli missä pystyi makaamaan. Iso parkkipaikka missä pystyi pitämään vuokra-autoa.

O hotel é bom porém já apresenta desgaste de mobília e travesseiros, ambos precisam ser trocados. Um outro ponto negativo o café da manhã que costumava ser impecável, já é a terceira vez que percebo baixa qualidade e diminuição acentuada de opções e variedades. Apesar disso ainda segue sendo o meu favorito em Manaus.

Em geral gostei, foi muito boa ….. logo que se chega é recepcionado pelo simpático cachorro Siriús, um doce animal que frequenta o lobby e é muito querido pela equipe de funcionários, tornando o ambiente mais alegre. A equipe de funcionários é muito gentil , e bem treinada … ponto negativo é o forte cheiro do quarto e da roupa de cama, acredito que nisso possa melhorar. O hotel é afastado dos pontos turísticos , mas próximo a zona industrial , portanto atende bem quem viaja a trabalho , e quem está a passeio cerca de 25 minutos dos principais pontos turísticos. Academia tem um bom espaço , piscina e limpa , e café da manhã bem diversificado. Uma experiência muito boa. Recomendo o hotel e voltaria com certeza.
