"Room was very nice - only had 1 issue with teh desk lamp not working - didn't make a fuss over it but did mention it. Rates were reasonable and offering complimentary breakfast was very nice. Bed was really comfortable and overall property kept up very well."

"I stayed for 2 nights. It was a mostly peaceful stay despite being a busy weekend. Parking can be hard to find and the wait for the elevator is a little long when it is busy."

"The hotel was built in a former optical factory and the exterior is quite unique and beautiful. Unfortunately the interior seems to have lost most of its charm during this transformation and it generally felt a bit dated (very early 2000s vibe) and perhaps a bit past its heyday. That being said, the staff was pleasant, it seemed fairly well maintained and clean, and the pool and fitness center were nice amenities. It is also only a 25-30 minute drive to Brimfield, so a nice location if you’re coming to the antique market."

"Great stay- layout takes a bit to get used too but love the gym, and the kids will like the pool and the arcade room. Staff opened doors for me with out need too, overall my new favorite Boston adjacent hotel!"

"The place and rooms were clean and well maintained. There were no microwaves in the rooms as stated online. It made it difficult to have our morning hot tea. Breakfast was stated to be from 6 to 9 AM. It was already picked up upon getting there at 8:30 AM. We will pick another place next time as we found this unacceptable. Last no elevator for going upstairs with heavy bags."
