"The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was nice, and the location was extremely convenient close to all the main Salem attractions, restaurants, and everything we wanted to see. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it!"

"The only drawback was only 1 working elevator, as they are upgrading the elevator system. We were put on the top floor, 7. I should have asked to be moved to a lower floor as taking the stairs would have been a lot easier on us, especially because it was Labor Day weekend. The average wait for the elevator was about 10 minutes, it stopped at every floor. The working elevator was clanging, banging and jerky. We only used the elevator 1 time for going down and that was departing day, otherwise we used the stairs, which there were 2 sets to use. The Bar/Restaurant is very interesting, very limited menu and limited choice of alcohol for drinks. The food was ok. They only take card payments. The included breakfast was really good and plentiful, loved the free snacks and drinks in the rooms, that were replenished every day. The 24hr free airport transfer was a real plus. Not much to do in the direct area."

"When do my fiancé got to our room for being the first time I booked any hotel for a room we didn’t have a fridge or microwave that I thought we would have and then I told the front desk and they found a way to get us a fridge and a microwave so I thought that was very nice"
