"Location is a bit quieter than the main town. The pool is pretty small. Access to a public beach is down the hill. The property, rooms and very clean , staff are amazing. Breakfast is pretty average."

"We enjoyed our stay at Art, the room Was spacious, modern and clean. A few little things in the bathroom could have had a better finish but didn’t affect us. Breakfast was pretty good. Menu for lunch & dinner was good and food was nice. Bar was fab. Pool area really nice, modern, comfy beds , pool was COLD ! But was a nice break from the heat. Mario was a fabulous staff member, made us feel really welcome and looked after us! The location was ok, the map is a bit misleading, it looks like it’s on a lower road but it’s not, is built in the hill , so either a quick steep walk ( lung busting) up to the hotel or a more gradual ( not pleasant scenery) walk down/up. Overall enjoyed our stay and would defo recommend."

"We arrived on a Sunday afternoon and noticed that by Monday morning after the manager had introduced himself, everything was uphill from there. Very clean room although bathroom definitely needs a shelf and frosted glass in the shower instead of blinds. Staff particularly the manager were hardworking and friendly. Breakfast was well presented and lots of choices. Parking was free and usually easy to maneuver. Pool area only needed attention the day we arrived and unfortunately no chairs available after a couple of very warm days. Manager was always ready to offer take away coffee or bottled water and stopped to check in with us on our stay. Convenient to good restaurants. Enjoyed our stay."

"The Seawave Hotel was in a great area of Sarande - good access to the beach, but not right in the heart of the city. Our room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Walkable to good food options for lunches and dinners. Breakfast had a lot of options available. I would definitely stay here again if I was back in Sarande."
