"Nice enough. Some staff really great and some not much. Not keen on system for the swimming pool - have to ask for a key each time and sign a waiver! Stopped me using it. Restaurant is good. Good breakfast and dinner is good and decent prices compared to the town. Loved the open park in front of the hotel for walks, running and exercises."

"Location is great, right on coast road easy access to beach & kiosk & bus stop. Hotel was clean and communal areas very pleasant with comfortable seating in the bar. All staff very friendly and accommodating. Could do with some updates, no plug or charging sockets by bed and no air con so room was very hot. Overall a lovely stay in a great location."

"Lovely property with some character. The room was a very good size. Good both breakfast and evening meals were excellent. Staff helpful and accommodating. The bus into town stops very close to the hotel and the return bus right outside the hotel, 41 & 42. We had a great time and are going back on September as they had offered a discount for a return visit this year. My only small disappointment is that the bar is not open every evening. Every thing else perfect."
