Great location if you come by train. Friendly staff. The entrance is a little small and features a few steps up. I'd give this hotel five stars but the shower had drainage issues and had prominent mold in the tiling.

Stylish, good location, pretty rooms

Modernly equipped rooms with fancy furniture, well decorated walls, comfortable bed. Room had all I need except a fridge. Also would be good if they offered still water instead of sparkling (or both options or asking at checkin, etc.), can't stand sparkling water... Some light switches didn't work. Great location just opposite the train station. Offer a light breakfast option, but quite expensive for what you get (coffee/bread), used to be half the price a few years ago.

Super stylish sanctuary in Mannheim!

Super stylish hotel, room was comfortable and really quiet (even in a room next to the elevator), and the service was relaxed but efficient. Breakfast was delicious and both indoor/outdoor seating areas are comfortable. Definitely recommend and hope to return!!!

I loved staying in this charming hotel, literally a minute’s walk from the Hbf. The front desk folks are friendly and welcoming, the property impeccable, my room (a single on the top floor) a delight. I didn’t have breakfast, but I’m sure it would match the standards of the hotel in general. Not expensive and the convenient location makes it an obvious choice for a traveller arriving by train. Highly recommended!

Not so good experience

They gave me a super tiny attic room with, a single bed, the ceiling was very close to the bed. Felt super uncomfortable. Nothing looks the same as the pictures that I booked for hotels.com. I asked to change a room, but the staff from reception said there was no room available until I found the last one online. The new room was good, very big but the heating was not working. They said nothing they could do because they had to call someone to check on Monday. I was there for a comfy holiday, it kind of killed my mood. I didn't take any pictures of the tiny room because it made me so uncomfortable when I got in, it looked so small and dark.

Great Mannheim choice

Very nice boutique hotel with a very cool art-deco styling (although quite dark!). Conveniently located next to Mannheim main station and to main attractions downtown. Next time I'm there, I would stay again!

Great hotel if you need to be in the area. Close to the central station of Mannheim, there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The restaurant in the hotel is also pretty good with Sushi Mondays. The staff at the reception is super friendly and helpful. They also have a pretty good bar. I had the luck I could park outside on the one of the public parking spaces that are free of charge after 21:00. I will certainly go here next time when in the area.

Great Hotel, small issues

Hotel is beautiful, and perfectly located. We had 2 small issues, they try to force you to do the web check in, which doesn't work with the hotels.com reservation number, so once they relented and helped it was much better. The other is that they only had 1 towel in the bathroom, in a hotel reserved for 2 people I expect more than 2 towels, not 1.
