"AC unit didn’t work, it took almost an hour for staff to come to the room to troubleshoot the issue. I couldn’t charge my phone outlets were not working. The shower wouldn’t stay on. They only had toast and coffee for breakfast, and the coffee was empty, and even if I was able to get coffee there was no sugar available. I’m at the point to call corporate. Very terrible experience! "

There were holes in the walls appeared to be bullet holes nothing was painted properly the drywall was pealing and breaking shower head and...

"The lobby was spotless and shiny looking but had a distinct moldy/musty smell with a bleach overlay. Their fitness room was well equipped and clean but had piped in music that could not be turned down or off. VERY ANNOYING. The receptionist said she would call for help and get back to us but we never saw her again. Lastly, we've clearly gotten spoiled by the included breakfast, so didn't want to spend $12 each for that! "
