"Room & entire premises extremely cold. Central radiators were off. She turned on the AC in the room and set it to cool to 73ºF, but the room was in the 50's. I figured out how to reset it and left for dinner. We returned to no electricity. We had to negotiate a candle.
Room was extremely small, only 2 ft on each side of a double bed, which was lumpy. No place for suitcases. She suggested we open them in the car and take in what we needed. Bathroom was clean, but small with no room to put...
"Beautiful property with vines, horses, dogs and the most social cat I have ever encountered. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff are wonderful and to top it all off a delicious restaurant with great food, wine and great service. "
"O hotel é maravilhoso, tudo bem novinho. A única coisa que podemos fazer de observação é que a cama é bem baixa, e meus pais que já possuem mais idade tiveram dificuldade.
Os atendentes foram os mais atenciosos possíveis.. durante o café da manhã, que é de altíssima qualidade, eles estavam sempre oferecendo algum alimento.
O hotel é bem localizado na Serra, mas a “cidade” não tem estrutura para alimentação ou compras noturnas. Então se quiser jantar será no hotel ou precisa voltar para Seia."
