Where to start? The coffee maker was dirty when we arrived, there were lipstick stains all over the cups in the cupboard, and a cockroach in the bathroom. There was what looked like blood on the wall and on the bathroom door upstairs. The resort fee is supposed to cover things like bikes and the tennis courts, but there were no bikes and no one to ever help us with the tennis. The put put golf was in horrible shape. The pools shut down at dark (5:30pm), which made it impossible for us to actually use the pool when we returned from our daily adventures. The one day we used it, their grounds crew spent the entire time leaf blowing and trimming everything which was not enjoyable. The trash truck came at 6:30am. The front desk staff was amazing, but everyone else seemed incredibly bothered that we were even there. The price of food and coffee is insane. The resort store did not have anything budget friendly. This was the second time we have stayed here (was much better five years ago), and we will not be coming back again.
