"Stayed here recently and it was a pleasant experience. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Housekeeping did a good job. Amenities were in good condition and staff were helpful. Overall, a decent place for the price. Would recommend."

"The gentleman at the adult pool was Andre was a very nice man as was the guy Kim who drove the cart . The drink prices were too expensive we finally went out and got our own drinks. 8-9 dollars for a beer is outrageous when you can buy your own for a dollar each. The property and views were great staff all very friendly. Also you pay a premium to stay there already then to be charged $25 a night to park is nuts. Also the surprise bill when you check out is a shocker for multiple taxes and resort fees is excessive when you’re already paying a premium. Parking hit and miss most nights we parked in the construction yard and had to walk for $25 a night😡"

"property was clean. well kept. however, in our 4 day stay only 1 day the house keeping arrived, all other 3 days house keeping never arrived. we ended up with dirty rooms sheets and no towel. had to run each day to front desk after long tired day under the sun, for fresh towels. you are in bad luck with drying wet swimsuits if you got the room with no balcony. resort could have a swimsuit spin dry machine for convenience. the bar in the property was in a great location, however it was never open for the entire duration of our stay. front desk tells you that the bar will be open till 6pm-10 pm. friendly staff. breakfast provided was the most pathetic spread we had ever experienced. no basic bread, toaster, jam, pancakes, syrup, honey or fruits."

"Room was not clean. Blood on living room wall, lots of hair in the bathroom. Shower drained too slowly. Nice pool. Marina area was great under palapa. Nice and cool. Outdoor grill, charcoal. Free use of kayaks."

"The first problem was we got into our room and you could tell that the bathroom was never cleaned. They were dirty and wet towels and the shower was still dirty with hair and other things. We went down to tell the desk clerk and they gave us another room to go to and as it turns out as soon as we open the door you could see that neither one of the beds was ever made and I'm not sure that room had been cleaned yet either. Keeping in mind this is it 8:30 at night so not sure what the problem was. So we ended up going back to the first cabin and they gave us clean towels but we just had this uneasy feeling about the cleanliness of the room. Considering what we were paying for this room, it was pretty appalling honestly."

"Property was perfectly located for participating in the 7mile bridge race. Staff was very polite! Enjoyed riding bikes offered by the resort around the surrounding neighborhood. Will be back next year !"

"This place needs an overhaul in every way imho. Avoid cabin 14, shared entryway with another unit. Only 'sink' is in the bathroom, and it needs an update. Odd layout, wi-fi is shaky. Every morning about 630 off to Dunkin' donuts half mile away after I Walk right by the main bar area with a big coffee maker sittin there not on yet. 'Hostess' real sweet, tries hard but no habla ingles. Website did not say a room coffeemaker was included so we did not bring our own. The mirror is not above the sink in the bathroom so shaving is super fun. I did not try the best tacos in the world taco stand on site but it was not doin much business, so no idea if it's the 'best in the Keys.' Yeah that's enough. The Florida Keys however....stunning."
