Balcony overlooked paddle courts. Didn't need the aircon. Room needs an upgrade, ie painting, bidet cracked, flooring damaged and tiles missing on the balcony. But good size, clean and comfortable.

Ona Princesa Playa
Hit or miss rooms and building. Some smell like sewer and other when you complain then they give a better room. Hotel staff rude mostly and lazy. Too bad otherwise good location and a few good employees.

Overall good, would book again, but some staff better than others, check in rather slow, considering I did it online, plus had two people come just at the same time. Need more staff. Yes, this hotel was stunning. The daily breakfast was the best buffet I have had. The staff was exceedingly gracious.
