"Our stay was unfortunately disappointing. We were placed next to a room with children running and screaming, along with a dog that barked constantly. I reached out to request a room change (we had booked a king with a jacuzzi tub), but was told the only alternative available was a queen room. I was also told they would address the noise if it continued after 10pm, which wasn’t very helpful in the moment. Beyond the noise, the room itself had several issues. The shower leaked, and it appeared...

"The room was clean, the breakfast was good and the staff were great! But the place is old and needs a major overhaul. The door to our room wouldn’t close. They sent maintenance up to fix it right away. But we had issues again later that night. The sink and bathtub were clogged. And the toilet was very slow. This is my second stay in the last year. Last visit my toilet was clogged and unusable. I won’t be staying here again. "

"Overall the stay was good. However the house keeper left several items from the previous guests in different drawers. It clearly had not been swept there is a massive amount of hair under the bed. It felt a little dirty. We were provided three towels for a three night stay. One hand towel. There was a key left in the laundry room I think by accident, that's how I was able to get more towels. The patio screen door was off when we arrived so I could not have the patio door open without a screen....
