"It was a nice little hut that served its purpose for an overnight stay on our way down to Sydney. It was clean and basic but comfortable. We arrived after office hours so ddnt meet any staff but key and instructions were clearly communicated. Only critic is the kids pool, which needed cleaning as there were debri floating in it and at the bottom and ddnt look suitable for use but the bigger pool was clean enough."

"We had a very good and straightforward overnight stay while travelling to Sydney with our family. We arrived around midnight, but arranged check-in by phone beforehand, and our key card was left securely in a lockbox at the front of the property. The process was simple and convenient. Our room was on level two, with a balcony facing the street and a busy roundabout. The view was nothing special, but this did not bother us given that we arrived late and left early the following morning. Checking out was equally easy, as we left the key card in the designated box. The secure parking was easy to access, and we had no difficulty finding a space. The location was convenient, and the price was reasonable. Overall, it was an easy and pleasant experience for a short overnight stay. Five out of five."

"My husband and I love Crescent Head and the location of the caravan park and have stayed there many times.I booked a Lakeside cabin with queen bed and double bed for two nights but our cabin had adouble bed and triple bunks. We accepted the booking because it was only two nights and we were meeting up with friends but because we are older and I have mobility issues we did not sleep well and the shower had no pressure and barely warm. Time for an upgrade."

We were there to visit my sister's son and family while his daughters were performing in the their primary school's spectacular which was held at the Glasshouse a few metres away from the hotel. We had a wonderful time."
