"Beautiful, historic hotel in the heart of old town Lucerne! Close to everything and we could get enough of the view of Jesuitkirche and the chapel bridge across the river from our private balcony. For location and views, would 10/10 stay here again! Tip- the breakfast buffet can be a little pricey, but the service was wonderful and a they offered a great spread or a-La-Carte options. Eating there is a quintessentially Swiss place to start your morning and you won't regret it. "

"I LOVED staying at this hotel. We were lucky enough to get a room with air conditioning. It's a beautiful hotel with a great theme. The staff was PHENOMENAL, answering any questions we had and storing all of our luggage for us on our last day (we were traveling in a group of 12). The rooms are nice and there is an elevator. We were even allowed to play cards in the lobby bar in the evenings. There is a tram stop about 500 feet away so it's easy to get around in the city. "

"Fantastic hotel. Very trendy, with really friendly welcoming staff. The room was lovely, decent sized room with a very comfortable bed! A good buffet breakfast too with plenty of choice. The location was perfect for exploring Munich, everything was in walking distance. The hotel car park is expensive but there is plenty of parking on the street. A great place to stay! "

"I was visiting Munich on vacation with my wife. We were very happy with our stay. The room was clean and spacious. Its a newer place so the condition of the hotel is very good. The breakfast buffet, which was included with the room offerred a great selection and plenty of food. You dont need lunch after the breakfast at the hotel. The location is about a 10 min walk to the Munich East train station which has connections to many places. There is also a large grocery store in close by, which we...

"Wonderful, clean rooms well accommodated. The hotel is steps away from the Hauptbahnhof and all the energy that comes with it. I enjoyed how we literally stepped off the street into a quiet alley that felt safe. Good security measures and the staff was kind and caring. I try to give a blow dryer rating with all my comments, 6/10. Good heat and power, but it’s attached to the wall, also have to hold the button to maintain power."
