The resort is full of cats. You cannot eat in peace without being surrounded by cats. My room had huge roaches & room service took up 4 hourse. Nothing like other Zoetry hotels

Beautiful property, friendly staff, amazing room and view. Service a little slow, but it’s island time, so don’t be in a rush anyway. All inclusive and easy. Loved paddling across the bay to a little coral reef and snorkeling with the free amenities.

A resort is located is a beautiful Marigot Bay where you have a nice views. Grounds are nice but have steep roads and on some it’s challenging to walk up and down. I didn’t like food in any of the restaurants. My room was spacious but very outdated.

As an all inclusive it reaffirmed that I won’t spend money on it again. Drinks were cheap versions, restaurants were mediocre and staff were surprisingly unfriendly. Would not choose this again as too remote and amenities were minimal to make more than a 2-3 day stay a chore.

Everything was amazing until we left. Had a issue with transfer back to the resort. Im not sure who fault this is if it was the transfer company or the resort so I dont wanna blane the resort for this. Butter found another transfer and we made it on time to our flight.

Food was our biggest issue. It’s all inclusive, and the choices get old after day 3. Going off the reservation for something different is a huge effort- like an hour drive away. The staff was great, the massage was top notch, but the property needs a refresh. We did like the chill nature. There weren’t hordes of sports fans yelling at TVs at the poolside bar like we experienced in Maui.

Rooms were large and comfortable. Some great elements to the design overall. Staff were friendly. The small shared public beach was not inviting. You didn't want to spend time there. The food was below expectations. Not a five star resort, not close really.

This is truly a very beautiful stay. I will say it is a little different than typical all inclusive resorts, more boutique like and rustic. Drinks were amazing and bartenders could make a lot of requests. The food was good, I just wish there was more to offer, but it was very fresh and flavorful. I feel like we had to keep revisiting the same restaurants. The view of Marigot Bay is incredible and so nice to do excursions because they can pick you up right from there. We did let them know that we were celebrating our honeymoon and they did not do anything special to our room which was kind of upsetting since there are photos with other reviews and they have it decorated. The property is defiantly very calm and quiet compared to more party like resorts with entertainment. Only thing I would add is that I wish there were more servers for the pool, it seems like if we ever wanted anything we had to flag someone down or walk up to the bar/ pool restaurant. St. Lucia is so beautiful, the little beach area is awesome and they have water sports to utilize which is great.

Overall we had a really nice stay at Zoëtry! The facilities are really nice, especially the pool and our room. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. Overall, the atmosphere was very charming and relaxing. Cons were that the food wasn’t very good, except at the steakhouse where you had to pay extra outside of the all-inclusive, and the beach they use is open to the public, so it’s just not quite as peaceful compared to a private beach. If you are looking for a resort vacation that is very relaxing without breaking the bank, and you don’t mind missing some of the full luxury experiences, then Zoëtry would be a great place for you and/or your family!

Be careful when trying to use resort credit. No one explained the resort credit came with certain conditions. When we checked out we were presented with a $300 bill for a dinner we understood was not included in the all-inclusive package and then told we could not apply the resort credit to this charge. No one ever explained the limitations on the resort credit. Felt very much like a bait and switch and ruined an otherwise great vacation

The room was wonderful! The friendly staff went a long way making our vacation all the more special. Shout out to the best people that made us feel welcomed and friends I hope to see again, Rohan for his unrelenting hard work and services to ensure we were always taken care of, Dumplin whose full of life and creating fun and laughter wherever she stands, Chanel for her grace and welcoming warmth always appearing out of nowhere at the right times no matter where we were and Knikole ready with her bright smile to help navigate wherever your adventures take you. The island beach was nice but having to pay an additional fee to have a chair closer to the beach should be worked out with the island keepers. The pool was awesome and bar tenders provided great service, we did have to wait on towels for over an hour on a couple of occasions. Food was good, some restaurants on location available for additional fees and for variety. We tried all of them! The one that stood out as a fun experience was the ‘Rum Cave’. Would have loved to get massages but the rates quite high. All in all - great experience and I would definitely recommend Zoetry stay.

St. Lucia is highly overrated. The views are nice but everything else is not worth it. Staff looks unhappy to be working there. This was a 3 star resort at best. There are locals on the beach that try to sale you things and we even witnessed a verbal altercation with a local and a guest from the hotel. The food is disgusting and has no flavor. The property smells like sewage at nighttime. Will never be back or recommend this place to anyone. I’ve been to several islands in the Caribbean and this was by far the worst experience.

Our stay at Zoëtry Marigot Bay St. Lucia was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. We arrived on Thursday evening and were greeted by the friendly front desk staff who explained everything thoroughly and welcomed us with a delicious welcome drink. We also met our butler, Ferguson, who assisted with our luggage and showed us to our room. Even arriving around 8 PM, there was still a delicious buffet available for dinner, which was a great start to our trip. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and featured a plunge pool that was cleaned regularly during our visit. Housekeeping was exceptional they came twice daily, and each evening they turned down our bed and left cookies, which was such a nice touch. Zoëtry is located in the beautiful Marigot Bay, and the views are absolutely gorgeous. The resort has a small, quaint beach accessible by a complimentary 5-minute ferry ride across the bay. Kayaking and several other water activities were also included in our stay, which we really enjoyed. We truly loved the staff and wish we could remember everyone’s names, but some standout team members included Jean Quan, Angel, Alex, Tony, Rashida, Andrea, Ferguson, Kaelan, and Neal. Everywhere we went we were met with smiles and “my pleasure,” which made the experience feel warm and personal. Zoëtry Marigot Bay is perfect for anyone looking for relaxation, breathtaking views, exceptional service, and a memorable vacation experience. We would absolutely return!
