It did not begin to cool off until midnight, and the fact that the windows cannot be left open until tenants arrive contributes to the problem. Further, it is not a safe situation for single women, which thankfully we did have a grown man in our party. The amazingly creepy basement had an unlocked window, so we spent some time attempting to ensure there was no one hiding in...
