"We didn’t get breakfast because we did not realize that there was an opportunity to do that. Nobody explained how that process worked. We did ask about it at check-in and then she forgot to explain. We noticed that there was nothing in the room that identified it so we just didn’t order any and we went to a restaurant around the corner. Which was a little frustrating because I did pick this hotel with the idea that we could get breakfast in the morning. The second thing that was just a little frustrating was we came into a new hotel new room and the faucet to the shower continually fell off luckily you were able to push it back in to get the water to turn on, but it continually would fall off out of the wall, making a very loud clinking noise. I did tell the staff when I checked out, but they didn’t seem to really care. I have pictures of it and plan to leave a longer review on the website for the cost of the hotel and all the amenities that said it provided I was kind of a little unhappy with a few of the things that were listed. I also do not like the $15 additional parking fee. I feel like that should be absolutely listed on the website so that you know what you’re up against. It sure felt like the front desk person was slipping that in without getting an opportunity to say no. Again little frustration with this."
