"Parking was lighted and very accessible to the front door. The staff were friendly, liked the addition of the Coffee Spot availability for purchased coffee drinks, breakfast was okay, stayed 4 nights and had the same items two days in a row, would have enjoyed Orange juice instead of lemonade and apple juice or water. Rooms were clean and udpated. The carpet could have been replaced in our room. "

"Staff was very attentive to our needs. We had an issue with the room and was immediately given another room and he apologized for the inconvenience and offered to help us move our luggage. Only issue that was a real problem was the noise created when adjoining room to our room 118 was when they ran the water in the morning. So loud it woke us up. The breakfast at 8am was very picked over and some items were depleted. The staff member offered to make more of the depleted items. When...

"We enjoyed our stay. The room was very nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast included eggs, sausage, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, as well as cereal and oatmeal options and yogurt and fresh fruit. There was a waffle maker and a toaster available. The coffee was really good and there is a water filling station. This is a very good value !"

"Where do I start, they didn’t have a room then found one, tried to charge full price because it “has two beds, you wanted one so it costs more”. The room? Oh gosh, the room. No trash cans, no toilet paper, wet toilet paper roll behind the bathroom door, drug paraphernalia above bathroom light fixture, and the toilet ran all night. Dogs walk the hallways unattended, the front desk attendant is in absolutely no hurry to get to the front when you ring the buzzer (over 10 minutes BOTH...

"Was assigned a room that was dirty. Some of the staff were very kind and others very abrupt and dismissive. Breakfast is subpar but location is convenient "

"The staff was as good as they could be with the conditions they have to deal with. They tried to be accommodating but it wasn't good enough. We booked two non-smoking rooms and asked for them to be next to each other. They were on separate floors and one was a smoking room, which smelled horrible. The carpets are dingy and the halls smelled like mildew. Some of the ceiling lights were going out which didn't help with the look. Both rooms had stains on the carpet, chairs,and bedding. "HI Express in Blackwell OK appears new, well-kept. No daylight allowed cuz large window opened onto parking area. Could not turn on lamp on "desk" -- tried power switch several times but no light. Shower floor in tub very slippery -- had to be very careful on faint grippers."
