"We had such a wonderful experience at the Residences at Solomon Mall. When the power at our home was unexpectedly shut off, we had to book a stay at the last minute—and we’re so grateful we ended up here.
From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating. A special thank you to Kim and Jody for making us feel so at home. Their warmth and attentiveness truly made a stressful situation so much easier.

"The hotel is excellent. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The kitchen has basics and work well for breakfast and lunch. Close access to Moody Street is great for dinner. The room was very clean and the staff provided towels and sheets as needed. The only thing that could have been improved was booking and checking in. The hotel only opens bookings a few weeks at a time, which makes planning ahead a little bit harder. Our call to ask a question about the hotel before booking was unanswered...

"The owners of this property canceled on me the night before my trip, blaming it on a “maintenance issue”. They originally reassigned me to a different unit but then canceled it in full. It was difficult to contact the property and I did not even receive a full refund. Would not recommend staying at this place, a would not recommend this ownership group that works through Evonify Stays."
