"We chose this hotel for its proximity to Merriweather Post Pavilion as my daughter and I were traveling in to see a concert. I loved that it was a unique property and the price was great for a one night stay. Villa Z with 2 queen beds had plenty of room for us both and was just so cute and quaint. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and clean. We had everything we needed and loved the snack bag we got at check it in. "We stayed overnight and used the airport transportation before breakfast, so we don't have much to review! It was a wonderful value, in my opinion. The shuttle to the airport was great, room clean, staff polite. Check in was seamless. Will be coming back for future trips!"

"Beautiful, new, comfortable, safe and convenient. Besides the lack of close bars and restaurants we had everything we needed. Of course the city is uber friendly we were just too early for some of the new bars and restaurants being built. Really enjoyed our stay. I would consider staying at another Roost down the road. "
